What are you going to do?
- Expand market share in the DACH market by closing new SaaS contracts with CPO’s, utilities, automotive players, corporates, leasing & fleet companies and Electric Mobility Service Providers to ensure a leading position in the regional CSP market towards 2025.
- Hire, mentor and grow a team of Sales- and Customer Success Managers. Based on your previous managerial experience, you know what it takes to build and lead successful commercial teams.
- Increase visibility in the DACH region. Conduct presentations, visit networking events, venues and congresses.
Related activities to make this happen
- Based on your deep market knowledge and your senior sales skills, you effectively target, develop and acquire new Charging Solutions SaaS contracts
- Compile and execute commercial roadmap for the DACH region along with your team
- You actively, accurate and continuously manage the team’s sales funnel based on new and changing developments
- You generate quotes along with your team and knows what it takes to manage and win large tenders
- After closing, ensure activating and the further development by upselling new services of the account the years to come
- Along with (product) marketing, you develop new value propositions, commercial presentations and other material based on the local needs
The ideal candidate will have the following business experience and network
- To ensure a head-start the candidate is highly experienced (3 years or more) in selling SaaS solutions the DACH EV Charging ecosystem
- Background in Charge Point Management Platforms (CPMP) CPO or eMSP preferred
- A strong and active network with leading CPO’s and/or eMSP’s and/or Energy & Utilities and/or Stadtwerke and / or Automotive and/or Fleet operators in the DACH region
- Good understanding of the DACH and EU Charging market/regulatory framework and a strong vision what the key requirements/needs of future propositions are and whom to partner with for now and in the near future
About your competences and capabilities
- Experienced in leading and motivating commercial teams for at least 2 years
- At least 5 years of experience in consultative and strategic selling (preferably EV Charging SaaS solutions)
- You are a hunter and a goal-getter who leads by example by acquiring large contracts him/herself
- Hence, you have strong C-level business development capabilities and the ability to cope with all type of stakeholders like local governments, municipalities, energy ,automotive and corporates
- Ability to adapt change, knows what it takes to move from start-up to scale-up in terms of people, operations and structure
- Self-starter who already showed true entrepreneurship in previous roles. A person who is able to create something out of nothing. From strategic mindset to a hands-on mentality
- Great presenter and representative on venues, congresses, but also feels comfortable in board rooms
- Financial and business acumen to calculate and present valuable long-term business propositions
