Your Mission; digitalize product & sales strategy
With a clear goal to grow faster than the EV market our client aspires to position itself as the go-to-company both online as offline to start or expand your EV Charging network as an Charge Point Operator (CPO) or Electric Mobility Provider (EMP). To make this happen, our client will need to further digitalize its sales and marketing approach which is why EVBoosters Recruitment has been appointed to recruit an experienced Senior Digital Growth Marketeer. You will play a critical role in the design and execution of the company’s new digital sales and positioning and brand strategy. For that reason, you report directly to the CEO.
This is what you will do:
- Create the digital sales strategy and redefine the current product portfolio for digitalization.
- Fully digitalize the sales process for standardized services, building state of the art customer journeys for all relevant offerings.
- Improve inbound sales activities by continuously optimizing the process of your digital acquisitions funnel.
- Further development of the website as main sales channel – all developed digital sales strategies will need to lead to conversion on the central website.
- Positioning the company as ‘the go to player for e-Mobility providers’ by working on the brand strategy; increasing brand awareness and recognition under all relevant target -and stakeholders.
- In charge of developing the online / digital media and related content strategies.
- Leading internal and external teams (digital providers and media companies)
This is what you will bring to our team:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration
- 8+ years of experience within Digital Marketing, Lead / Demand Generation or Growth Marketing
- You are an acquisition driven Growth Marketeer and strongly focussed on conversion rate optimization, customer retention strategies, customer and brand activation, customer lifecycle management.
- Understanding and experience working in à start-up or scale-up environment
- Experience as a digital marketeer / product owner working for e-Mobility companies or B2B companies providing SaaS solutions or other digital services
- Proven results of increased sales through implementation of digital marketing activities
