Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client account management to candidate selection, supported by EVBoosters’ talent development program. With at least 2 years of (international) recruitment experience in relevant sectors, you’ll develop and execute sourcing strategies, and build sustainable relationships with both clients and candidates. What are you going to do
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process, including both client account management and candidate selection, supported by EVBoosters’ proven 180° or 360° talent development program
- Manage Your Own Assignments: As a consultant, you will manage your own recruitment assignments, creating profiles with clients, determining sourcing strategies, and energetically searching, selecting, and guiding candidates to new jobs
- Build Relationships: Act as the first point of contact for candidates, fostering trustful and sustainable relationships
- Talent Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage top talent in the EV Charging industry, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles
- Develop Strategies: Collaborate with the team to craft effective recruitment strategies based on your experience, network, and market insights
Your background and skillset
- Passion for e-Mobility/technology/innovation/sustainability
- At least 2 years of recruitment agency experience, preferably in EV/Automotive/Energy & Utilities/IT & Software Development as a 180/360-degree recruiter
- Experience with C-level, management, commercial, product, or operational positions
- International recruitment experience is considered as a big plus
- Bachelor or Master degree level education
- Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum intermediate, C1 level)
- Living in Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden, Amsterdam, Utrecht, or Breda
