Through role analysis and past learnings, we created a unique and tailored assessment tool based on the key requirements for the specific role. This assessment tool is introduced to evaluate candidates’ suitability. Focusing on the technical capabilities like professional years in EV Charging and related jobs to be done for succes, soft skills like leadership style and specific characteristics essential for success in the role.
