Assessment tooling
Through role analysis and past learnings, we created a unique and tailored assessment tool based on the key requirements for the specific role. This assessment tool is introduced to evaluate candidates’ suitability. Focusing on the technical capabilities like professional years in EV Charging and related jobs to be done for succes, soft skills like leadership style and specific characteristics essential for success in the role.
The report highlights overall fit, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring an informed decision.
Presenting long- and shortlist
Based on the key requirement for the role and our expertise & deep insights in the EV Charging domain, we compile an extensive longlist where we feature all relevant candidates. Together, we refine the longlist to shortlist candidates who best align with the role and organisational goals.
